A New Update to Boise State Email Accounts
Starting in spring 2026, student BroncoMail accounts will be automatically deleted one year after graduation or the end of active enrollment. This includes access to Google Workspace and all associated emails and files.
We understand this may be an adjustment, especially for alumni who have used their Boise State email account for many years. You will receive a reminder from the Office of Information Technology 30 days before your account expires with your exact deletion date. We recommend reviewing your account and saving anything you want to keep, including emails, documents and transcripts.
